• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
• Orders are shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. Most orders arrive within 7 days.
• Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow it home.
• Some items may ship separately depending on stock and could arrive at different times — think of it as the anticipation building.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your order, but if something's off, we'll sort it out.

Reach out within 30 days of receiving your item at support@officeappropriate.com to initiate a return or exchange. Exchanges are available for different sizes only — not alternate designs or colors. Items must come back unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Since everything is made to order, we ask that customers cover return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges.

Got something damaged or defective? That's on us — we'll cover the return or exchange, no questions asked. Just shoot us a photo and a note within 30 days and we'll make it right.
